CVHS Athletics is launching a new initiative to enhance consistency across all sports by streamlining meetings, communication tools, and shared information. This begins with a unified mandatory Parent Pre-Season Meeting on Monday, August 18th, at 6:00 PM in the CV Auditorium. After this brief joint session, I will be available to help with any questions that were not addressed in the AD meeting or our online preseason meeting on August 4th.
We’re also introducing a new standard scheduling tool that allows families, friends, and supporters to easily subscribe and sync events directly to their calendars. If a match or meet date changes, the updated information will automatically be pushed to your calendar—no manual updates needed!
We will hold an online parent preseason meeting:

This kickoff session will last approximately 15–30 minutes, after which we’ll break out into smaller groups to cover season-specific details and address any questions. We expect to wrap up by 7:30 PM.
The season kicks off Monday, August 11th! Varsity Tryouts begin promptly at 3:15 PM at the CV Courts. ALL players interested in trying out for Varsity must report to the courts at 3:15. ALL returning Varsity players are required to participate in Singles Tryouts.

IF YOU are trying out for Varsity, Player, and Parent must click on the Trying Out Contract link.

IF you are an existing Player and need / want to replace items, click the second option to order.

This year, we’re launching a brand-new School Spirit Store featuring a fantastic selection of affordable hoodies, hats, and shirts. The store opens on Monday, August 4th, and closes Friday, August 15th at noon—so don’t miss your chance to stock up on gear! Orders will be delivered approximately two weeks after the store closes. Click ratthew will begin practice with you on Monday August 18th @ 3:45 @ the courts.
We’re moving all scheduling to the school’s official platform, TeamUp—no more spreadsheets! All matches, practices, and events are now entered directly into TeamUp. Parents, players, friends, and relatives can easily subscribe to receive real-time updates, which will sync directly with their calendars. If there’s a change to an event, I’ll update it in TeamUp, and the new details will automatically appear in your calendar.
We’re switching things up—this year, we’ll be using an online sign-up service to organize drinks and snacks for matches and tournaments. We’re moving away from spreadsheet scheduling, but the setup remains simple: for each event, there will be two drink slots and two snack slots available. Thanks in advance for your support and generosity!
